Not only is she beautiful, but she has a big and a caring heart too. That is Thandeka Zibuta, known as Dihappiness from Tumahole Parys in Winnie Section, but currently staying in Sasolburg. She is a model with various beauty pageant titles in her bag. These titles are Miss Mandela Day 2023 Ambassador, Miss Ore Incarnate SA 2022, 1st Runner-up as the Face Of Metsimaholo 2023 and Miss Flavius Mareka Tvet College 2023 1st Princess.
One of Dihappiness’s passion and dream besides being on stage is acting. “I’m also interested in acting, it is part of my passion too and I love it, I want to see myself on big screens one day doing what I love, I’m willing to learn and work hard to achieve that part of my dream” she said. Dihappiness has also a big heart of Love and Caring. She runs various community charity projects both in Sasolburg and Parys. She donates sanitary towels to schools in these two townships and also runs a soup kitchen in Winnie Mandela Section in Tumahole, Parys.
She also donates black polish for school shoes, polish shoes for the grade 3s and cosmetics for boys (Colgate, Face-cloth, Body Lotion, Toothbrush etc.).
Some of the schools that benefitted from Dihappiness projects in both Zamdela and Tumahole are Iketsetseng, Bernard Molokoane, Sindekile and Lister Skhosana.
“I decided to run these types of projects because of the challenges I saw, especially on those children from disadvantaged homes. Some their parents are not working and can’t afford to buy them needy items such as sanitary towels etc. As numbers of unemployment keeps rising many can’t afford to put plate on the table and I thought of a soup kitchen, just for those who don’t have anything to eat” said Dihappiness.
Dihappiness is also asking and appealing for any kind of support to continue with her projects. Currently she needs assistance in items such as black polish, cosmetics, face-cloths, toothpaste, tooth-brushes, soap etc. “I’m humbly appealing to any businesses or individuals who might be able to offer any kind of support or assistance that would be really appreciated” said Dihappiness.
“I want to make my parents proud, and build towards my future in this industry they are my greatest strength of support and have being with me throughout”.
