After being selected to be part of the 2026 Free State Netball Team the Sonoblomo, Keketso Senooe, from Sasolburg, will again be representing her team and the province of the Free State at the Telkom Netball League 2026, kicking-off on the 24th April 2026.
Keketso started her journey in netball at primary school level. Then started playing in Metsimaholo league from 2021, and has since set his eyes at the ultimate goal, of playing for the South African National Netball Team, Spar Proteas.
Speaking to Puisano news last year Keketso’s Coach Nthabeleng Chantell Motloung said her wish is that of witnessing some of her players, playing for the Netball National Team, the Spar Proteas.
Last year Keketso and Tshepang Letsholo were selected to be part of the Free State Netball Team the Sonoblomo that participated in the Telkom Netball League, and also at the under 21 championships held in Boksburg, Gauteng province. Keketso has so far participated in various tournament:
2022 – under19 – Mpumalanga
2023 -under19 – Capetown
2024 – under19 – Pretoria
Spar National championships
2024 – under21- Johannesburg
The Free State Sonoblomo is set to compete in the Division 2 of the TNL 2026.
