The search for missing Thamsanqa Mpiga (20) of Oranjeville, who was last seen on Monday, 13th October 2025, ended with sadness as his body was identified by his family after he was found next to a river in Oranjeville, on 25 October 2025.
Thamsanqa went missing on the day he went to charge his phone at his parent’s house and never returned to fetch his cellphone.
The cause of death will be determined through an inquest investigation.
