The Free State MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) and Human Settlements, Mr Saki Mokoena, officially handed over newly completed houses to deserving beneficiaries in Vrede, alongside the Mayor of Phumelela Local Municipality, Cllr Dime Kobeni, yesterday the 07th August 2026.
The depattment said the handover reflects the continued collaboration between provincial and local government to deliver quality housing and restore dignity to Free State families.
