Free State MEC for Health, Mr. Monyatso Mahlatsi had productive engagements with representatives of the Sasolburg Development Forum and later joined Sasol employees who rolled up their sleeves to clean and paint at Fezi Ngubentombi District Hospital, on the 22nd July 2026.
MEC Mahlatsi- thanked Sasol for their continued investment in the communities they serve, welcoming this spirit of partnership between business and government in improving healthcare spaces for our people.
In meeting representatives of the Sasolburg Development Forum for a constructive engagement on local healthcare matters. MEC Mahlatsi thanked the Forum for their input and reaffirmed the Department’s commitment to working together to strengthen service delivery in the area.
He highlighted ongoing progress, including continuous efforts to fill vacant posts and the steady expansion of the Department’s ambulance fleet to improve emergency response across the province.
