Under the theme “Strong Foundations, Strong Futures,” the Minister of Basic Education Siviwe Gwarube, celebrated the achievements of District Directors Mrs Phaello Zonke and Mr December Moloi at the 2026 National Education Excellence Awards for Best Performing Districts & Schools.
Lejweleputswa came third place in the Excellence in District Leadership and Mangaung Metro took 3rd place in Excellence in District Support for Primary Learning Outcomes. Our two Districts rose among 75 others, to display our consistent striving toward Excellence!
