Newly elected Premier of the Free State, Hon. Mxolisi Dukwana is scheduled the deliver the highly anticipated and delivery focused State Of the Province Address (SOPA23), tomorrow 28 February 2023.
The occasion will take place at the University of the Free State (Vista Campus) at 10H00.
Today, the Premier together with the Speaker of the Free State Legislature, Hon. Zanele Sifuba undertook a dry-run at the UFS to assess the state of readiness and to make final inputs to preparation for tomorrow’s very important occasion.
SOPA 23 promises to outline strategic programmes that will attract foreign direct investment, accelerate growth and development, unlock new economic frontiers and activate the full economic potential of the province.
Fundamentally, SOPA will outline a forward thinking program to dispense basic service delivery provision and to tackle the triple challenges of unemployment, poverty and inequality.
