On his first assignment as the new Premier of the Free State Province, Mxolisi Dukwana, has made an impassioned plea to the people of the Free State to be agents of change.
Dukwana was delivering his first State of the Province Address in Bloemfontein on Tuesday, just less than a week after taking over from the ousted Premier, Sisi Ntombela.
