After the termination of his party membership in the Economic Freedom Fighters, the now former member, April Motaung has vowed that his mission to fight for equitable land distribution and justice has not changed.
Motaung was responding to the news of the termination of his party membership, announced by the party’s Secretary General Marshall Dlamini, who was in Sasolburg this weekend. “After 13 years of serving in various structures and responsibilities within the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), my membership has been terminated a decision I first learned of through the media” said Motaung.
“Today marks a significant transition in my journey as a servant of the people. While this formal chapter with the EFF has closed, my mission remains unchanged, and will ensure that the voices of the poor are not silenced by political shifts” reacts Motaung.
Motaung said he will remain an active citizen, serving South Africa as an independent voice, unbowed and ready to work alongside any who put the people first. Besides his leadership roles in his former party Motaung served as a councilor in Fezile Dabi and Metsimaholo municipalities.
