Sasolburg’s Kingdom Ambassadors Movement (KAM) asserts that empowerment programs are key to lowering unemployment and developing communities.

This movement is currently rolling out various community empowerment programmes that targeting the youth and women in Metsimaholo.

“KAM is intentional and committed to creating platforms that empower both women and youth to fully participate in the economic and democratic landscape of our society. We are definitely not leaving men behind. We need a “balanced” representation of women, men and youth to bring a radical change in society.” said KAM President and Business Coach Victorious Masoha.

Masoha said their policy boldly advocates for 50% women, 50% men and 50% youth representation across all sectors of society.

The movement recently held its first Business Masterclass on the 6th of September in Sasolburg, and it covered topics such as business compliance, financial bookkeeping, business marketing strategies and so much more. Through such initiatives KAM believes that building sustainable businesses will lead to creation of jobs, resulting in lower unemployment rate.

“The next masterclass will be focused on women empowerment and it will take place on the 1st of November 2025 in Sasolburg. This is a dynamic, transformational initiative focused on equipping women in three key areas such as Entrepreneurship, Personal Development, Economic Participation” added Masoha.
