Winter charity drive campaign in celebration of the Freedom Day

In celebrating Freedom Day today, The Kingdom Ambassadors Movement (KAM), embarked on a Winter Charity Drive campaign in Iraq Phase 4 / Extension 15, Zamdela Sasolburg.

Started two years ago, KAM’s Winter Charity Drive campaign requests various donations from community members and distributes them to those who need them most. KAM said it had an overwhelming donations of clothes, soup, bread and goodies for the kids, through this initiative.

“This initiative is not just about donations, it is about restoring dignity, sharing hope, and reminding one another that no community is forgotten when we stand united” said KAM president Victorious Masoha.

“As we celebrate Freedom Day today, we also reflected on 32 years of democracy. We were reminded that freedom is not only something we celebrate, it is something we must actively build, protect, and make meaningful impact in people’s daily lives. True freedom is when every household has hope, when every young person sees opportunity, and when every resident feels seen, heard, and supported.

Today, we didn’t just speak about change, we lived it. We walked the streets, we met with families, we listened, and we acted in generosity. This is who we are as KAM: not a movement of promises, but a movement of presence. We are on the ground, doing the work, step by step, community by community, project by project, we will surely get there” added Masoha
