Motshidisi Martha Motsoeneng is the new ANC Councillor in ward 16 in Ngwathe Local Municipality in the Free State.
This is after the African National Congress won by-elections held on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, in ward 16.
The party retained the seat it won in the 2021 Municipal Elections, with (967 votes)-47.54% of the total votes cast, compared to 62.09% during the 2021 Municipal Elections.
Voter turnout was 56.74%.
